Attached is a copy of a letter dated January 31, 1979 from J. E. Foster, United States NRC Region III, to J.H. Taylor which requests a meeting with us in connection with his investigation regarding the evaluation of loss of pressuri:er level indication at the Davis-Besse Unit.

I understand that this meeting is now scheduled for Feoruary 14 and that you are coordinating the preparations along with Licensing.

I understand : hat you will be prepared to recommend a BSW position on these matte'rs to Sn in-house meeting on February 9.

I will look forward to a full review of this important subject at that time. Thanks.
