Dear Mr. Vandenberg:

During th7 c:>urse of the recent deposition of Mr. John G. Graham, ycu requested information concerning the portions of the investments of the TMI-2 Owners which had not been certified as bondable value of property additions under their respective first mortgage bond indentures at December 31, 1978.

You will recall that Mr. Graham testified that under those indentures such investments could be certi-fied as bondable value of property additions during the course of construction.

He also stated that the amount which would be se certified at any particular date would be dependent upon the timing of the filing of a certificate of bondable value of property additions in connection with a bond financing or other action which would call for such a certificate under the indenture, and that, in addition, the companies file annually under their inden-tures certificates of bondable value of property addi-tions as at the end of each calendar year.

In accordance with your request, I enclose a statement furnished to me by Mr. Graham, setting forth the respective investments of each of the companies at December 31, 1978, the cumulative amount of such invest-ments which had been certified under their respective 8001170 h p

Mr. Larry Vandenberg Page 2 October 5,1979 most recent certificates of bondable value of property additions prior to the end of 1978 and, finally, the cumula-tive amounts of such investments which were certified as at December 31, 1978.

The latter certificates were filed some time during the first four months of 1979, but I don't have the exact dates on which such certificates were filed.

However, I shall assume that the enclosed schedule is sufficient for your purposes unless you advise me to the contrary.
