TRANSFER OF TMI-2 TO D0R The letter on this subject from S. Varga dated Ser tember 19, 1978, requested an indication of concurrence or conments by Saptember 26, 1978.
Staff discussions' on this subject indicate that further resolution of action prior to transfer, future review responsibility and commitment to review schedules is required for some items requiring further staff action (particularly items 1, 5, 7 and 9).
It appears premature to provide detailed conments at this time since discussion between our staff is still in progress.
