H This Memorandum establishes the method to be used to provideifeedback

to the licensing review process of significant or potent,ially signifi-i cant saf.ety and environmental infomation obtained from ' operating l facilities.
The object is to ensure that relevant findings from operating reactors are concisely summarized and forwarded to the NRR Division having lead responsibility for the subject in licensing reviews.

continuously assess the pertinency of infomation obtained from operating reactors.
Significant findings are to be fomarded to the appropriate Division in a timely and infomative manner.

k During each first-monthlv staff meeting of the Director and the Assistant Directces of the DDR a primary agenda item will be to discuss gl~
information from opeiating reactors deemed to have feedback significance.

The principal reviewer ME of Operational Technology with assistance as required of the cognizant
$1-Project Manager shall prepare the Operating Experience Memoranda.
