The Comission was given a brief overview of the use of WASH-1400 in licensing actions.

The Commission requested:
1.
that a statement be filed in the Clinch River Breeder Reactor Docket noting that, in light of the Risk Assessment Review Group Report, the core melt determination will be reconsidered upon the reinitiation of license review in this case.
