Site Instruction 14-323, dated 11/22/78.
Revised interim operating instructions (attached) have been developed that will permit TECO to contir.ue interim operation until adjustments to the steam generator level setpoint or other design changes can be permanently made. These revised instructions replace those originally transmitted in the referenced site instruction.
The attached instructions address recuired operator actions follcwing SFRCS actuation of the auxiliary feedwater only. No operator actions are requirec to modify ICS control of main feecwater (Case 2 of the Referenced Site Instruction).
TECO reviewed the attached instructions while in Lynenburg on 11/27/78 anc :ney concur that the operating instructions are adequate for interim safe operaticn.
