Skovholt, A/D for Reactor Operations, DEL DESIGN BASIS CRITERIA FOR PRESSURIZED WATER REACTOR DRY CONTAINMETIS, JANUARY 3, 1969 The enclosed docu=ent sets forth design basis criteria for PWR dry containments. These criteria were developed by a DRS-DRL team. The Director, DRS, concurs with the criteria. The Director, DRL, has directed that the criteria be used by DRL on a trial basis "across the board." Copies of the criteria document will be distributed to all division technical personnel for this purpose.
