~ O April 9, 1979 To whom it May Concern:
In my opinion nuclear power is a good thing. Our world today is run by all kinds of energy sources, The world as it is, is growing faster-and faster every day and is in need of new types of energy sources.
to us,fe are in need of new types of energy, the sources should be available A
for the time we will have to use the energy. Research should start now or should already started. We should not start research on these new sources of power when our old sources breakdown and fail to support us in our modern world. Where will we get energy from them?
Nuclear energy can also be bad for us.
When being tested every precaution l
should be taken. All equipment should be carefully designed and tested to make sure ther won't be any failure.
In reference to Three Mile Island, what's to blame? It isn't really clear, but some assumptions can be made. Man himself designed all of Three Mile Island. There is no one else to blame but scientists and politicians.
This you may call human error.
This problem can be corrected. If all nuclear power plants that were designed like Three Mile Island were shut down and checked to see if thert are any faults like that of Three Mile Island, they can be Corr a eted before people become alarmed.
Please don't take other people's lives into your own hands. It is not your choice whether they should die or not' bLedhho s s an MpeG 4hdh b 0 O*"
