ORDER October 3, 1979 Yesterday, we conducted a conference with the parties by telephone for the purpose of discussing the scheduling of the evidentiary hearing ordered in ALAB-562, 10 NRC (September 10,

( 1979) on certain aspects of the radon releases issue. b!
Every party to each of the proceedings participated in the conference through its counsel or other representative and was heard on the various matters which were addressed.
Upon full consideration of the position of each party as developed during the conference, it is hereby ordered that:
1.
The prepared testimony of the witnesses for each party be filed and served on or before January 18, 1980.
2.
The hearing commence on February 25, 1980 in a location to be later determined.
Within the next week or so, we will issue a further memorandum in explanation of these determinations.
It is so ORDERED.
