Noted below are responses to your questions (2), (3), and (4).

I was responsible for the

and input to the Environmental Statematt for Unit 1 including the l
evaluation to show conformance with Appendix I to 10 CFR Part 50.

I arrived at TMI on March 30 with H. Denton and I have been onsite e
f continuously since that time. For the first several months I was I
responsible for assessing the adequacy of the radwaste treatment e
systems, effluent monitoring systems, hydrogen recombiner system, and interfaces with federal and state agencies for environmental monitoring.
My Professional Qualifications set forth my responsibilities since May 31, 1979.
