During a routine inspection of all hydraulic snubbers within the secondcry shield in the Reacter Building one snubber at RC-13 (pressurizer spray) was fcund to be disconnected.
The unit will be re cved, rebuilt and rtplaced during this outage under the on-going scal rc.:laccrent program.
An investigaticn into the circumstances of this incident has been initiated.
