Mr. J. P. O'Rei1Ty 2T February 1976 returned to the Normai Position. The Waste Gas Decay Tank was, then released accorting to approved procedures.
The precedure for Release of Gas Decay Tanks will be revised to include verification of the Test-Normal Switch position prior ta release.
