Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Steam Generator Tube Inspection Pursuant to Technical Specification h.19.5.a, we are reporting the plugging of two (2) tubes in the "A" Steam Generator, as a result of the steam generator inservice inspection which was completed on March 7, 1979. The tube locations are: Row 22, Tube 93 and Row 128, Tube 79 The defects were classified as manufacturing defects.
