Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Operating Licence No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Metropolitan Edison Company informed the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland (PJM) Interchange Syotem and the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PaPUC) that TMI-l would be off line for six weeks, and the Monthly Operating Deport for January also indicated a six week refueling outa6e. This expected caration includes some time for unexpected delays which often occur during outages.
However, if the outage proceeds as planned, TMI-l will be returning to power on March lb, 1979 Met-Ed will inform the NRC of any changes to the March lb, 1979 startup as they occur.
