Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Fire Protection Program On December 8,1978, Mr. E. A. MacDougall of Brookhaven National Laboratory, consultant to NRC on Fire Protection matters, forwarded a letter to Mr. P.J.
Shipper of Gilbert Associates, Inc., consultant to Met-Ed on Fire Protection matters, requesting additional information regarding certain safe shutdown relay cabinets.
Met-Ed appreciates Mr. !/acDougall's need for the additional information and would make every effort to be fully and expeditiously responsive to his re-quest. However, Met-Ed policy requires that receipt and distribution of information be accomplished through Met-Ed.
Therefore it -is requested that no further correspondence, either from NRC or NRC's consultants, be forwarded to any of Met-Ed's consultants, except as a carbon copy or with Met-Ed's prior knowledge.
