The' board would welcome participation by the Energy Facility Site Evaluation Councilin the conference of the parties scheduled at Seattle on January 16 and 17,1979 by the board's order of December 22, and the board would be pleased to have the Council represented at the visit of the proposed plant site on the day following the con-ference. Also, such written contribution in advance of the confer-ence which the Council might wish to make along the lines requested of the parties by the board in its order would be well received.
Your letter to me will be on the agenda of the scheduled conference.
