Licensee's Post-Hearing Proposed Findings of Fact and Con-clusions of Law Concerning Interim Operation

(" Post-Hearing Findings"); and (2)

Licensee's Additional Proposed' Transcript Corrections.

The enclosed Post-Hearing Findings further supplement Licensee's prcposed' findings (filed on November 20) and the supplementary find-ings (filed on December 6).

They consist of two groups:

paragraphs 22a through 22g dealing with procedural matters and paragraphs 82h through 821 dealing with the concluding arguments on December 12 and the evidenEiary_ presentations on December 13-14 on matters raised in the written limited appearance statemenu of Mr. Richard Pollard.

For the convenience of the Board I have repeated within the en-closed paragraphs 22a through 22g the paragraphs which I read into

As such, these paragraphs do not-contain references to the transcript of the testimony m.

this subject of witnesses for Licensee and the.NRC Staff.

As I pointed out on December 12 (Tr.

2580), the' testimony of the witnesses on December.11 corroborated and

buttressed their prefiled testimony.

Accordingly, such testimony was fully consistent with the previously filed findings and conclu-siens and can he cited in toto in support'thereof.
