NRC Certificate-of Compliance USA /4986/B OF With reference to your letter of December 28, 1979, in which you requested a consolidated application for renewal of the subject certificate, you also requested consolidation of the drawings for the RA-series shipping package covered by this certificate.
We expect to have the package drawings completed in time for submittal of the renewal application by the end of July 1980.
However, due to the additional time required for approval of our application by the NRC staffr we are requesting an extension of the expiration date for this certificate from July 31, 1980, to October 31, 1980.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 170.31, a General Electric Company check for
$150 is attached for processing this extension request.
