Dear Mr. MacDonald:
This is in reply to your letter of June 16, 1980 regarding Certificate of Compliance No. 5088.
The Ames Laboratory,' DOE,.no longer has any use __
for the Model No. D34710-1 shipping container for which Certificate of Compliance No. 5088 applies.
Please remove the Ames Laboratory from the list of licensed users.
in 1978 when we used the above containers, we also used the Model No.
UNC-1634 shipping packages which carry Certificate of Compliance No.
5274.
Since we no longer have any use for those shipping packages either and the expiration date of the Certificate is November 30, 1980, please
'rer.sve the Ames Laboratory from the licensed users for the UNC-1634 con-tainers as well.
