The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby requests an amendment to Certificate of Compliance No. 5450 which would extend the expiration date of the certification for a three month period, to October 31, 1980.
As the current certification expires on July 31, the request is necessary to assure that shipments requiring IAEA certification will be authorized after the July 31'date.
The NRC renewal application for this package is almost complete and will be submitted during the next two weeks.
Please find enclosed a check in the amount of $150.00 as payment of the amendment fee required by 10CFR 170.
