Dear Dr. Buhl:

As you are aware, the contract which the NRC established with Battelle Pacific Northwest Laboratories (BPNL) to provide the mobile laboratory for sample analysis at the Church Rock mill site also included a subtask to provide a verification sampling scheme.

In order to fulfill this subtask obligation, Dr. R. Kinnison was requested to briefly review
