Pursuant-to your letter of July 9,1980, I am forwarding certain documents to you.. Enclosed find the NRC rJ1es governing discovery (10 C.F.R.- Part 2); the informal report entitled " Corrosion of Materials in Spent Fuel Storage Pools" by J.R. Weeks; and Board Notification- " Licensee Regulatory Performance Evaluation". The Weeks' report is referred to in Christa-Maria's contention No. 3.
The Board Notification was referred to in the Board Order of January.17, 1980.
These are both being sent as per your phone conversation with Janice Moore, Esq.
Any portions of the Big Rock emergency plan will be accessible at the Public Document Room, Charlevoix Public Library,107 Clinton Street, Charlevoix, Michigan; as soon as they are available.

As pointed out in your phone conversation with Ms. Moore, two of the documents you requested (10 C.F.R. Part 20 and 10 C.F.R. Part 50) were sent to you on November 15, 1979 according to our records. They are not, therefore, included in this mailing.
