Dear Mr. Doherty:
This is in reply to your letter dated June 27, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of 20 documents which you variously described. We note that, for'each document you requested, you have complied with our requirement of an explanation as to why each document sought is necessary to the preparation of your case on a particular issue which you, as an intervenor, have proffered for consideration by the Licensing Board in the Allens Creek proceeding.
In partial response to your request, the documents listed in Appendix A are enclosed. To date we have not located copies of your items 1 and 2, however, cur search is continuing and we will write you again concerning them.
In conformity with our previous agreement concerning a partial waiver of fees, we have granted you a waiver of 75% of the fees involved in reproducing the' 129 pages of documents enclosed.
For all of the documents enclosed, pledse send a check in the amount of
$3.23 payable to the "U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission" along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, MNBB-4210, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
