In response to your letters dated April 18, 1980, and !!ay 8, 1980 concerning our Quality Assurance Prograa, we are applying 10 CFR Part 50 Appendix B to the shipment of radioactive materials. This Quality Assurance Program has been submitted to the Comission and satisfies the provisions of 10 CFR 71.51. The date of approval is concurrent with the approval date of our license.
