ORDER July 18, 1980 By memorandum of July 16, 1980, the Licensing Board has advised us that, in light of supervening developments, it desires to reconsider the March 7, 1980 oral discovery ruling which is now before us on petitions for directed certification.

We see no good reason why that Board should be precluded from taking that step.

Nor is there apparent cause why we should retain the matter before us pending the outcome of the recon-sideration below.

3 so 95 8007220656 gb

2-Accordingly, the petitions for directed certification are hereby denied without prejudice to their resubmission follow-ing the issuance of the Licensing Board's determination on reconsideration.

It is so ORDERED.
