2. Identification of' specific effluent limitation exceeded: Daily maximum limit for oil and grease of less than 20 mg/1.

3. Description of Incident: The weekly grab sample for oil and grease collected, 6/30/80 indicated 26.2 mg/l oil. /

4. Apparent Cause: Failure of F20/M13 filter elements.
