or rely upon in presenting your direct case on: (Contentions 2-5, UCS Contention 13).

2. Identify by author, title, date of publication, and publisher, all books, dccuments, or papers that you intend at this time to employ or rely upon in conducting your cross-examination of prospective NRC witnesses testifying in connection with: (Contentions 2-5, UCS13).

Even II General Interrrogatory 2 were timely we would not be able to answer such a broad questien without more helpful information.

'/lho are the NRC witnesses in cuestion? 'lhat will they say in their testimony? Tihat documents , etc . are they referring to in their testimony?

ANGRY encloses answers to General Interrrogatory 3 and the

" Specific Interrogatories" following, as they relate to the 3ER.
