SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 11 response to your letter dated May 6,1980, which transmitted IE Bulletin 80-10 on Contamination of Nonradioactive Systems, the following information documents our compliance.

TVA has reviewed the Sequoyah design and operation with respect to the subject bulletin. A routine sampling and analysis program has been established. TVA will comply with the requirements outlined in the subject bulletin should any of the identified systems become contaminated.
