Enclosed please find the seventh followup report, the fourth quarterly report, which describes related progress since the March 28, 1979, incident occurring at TMI-II.
This report documents current progress information for the period April 1 through June 30, 1980, and is submitted in accordance with section 6.9.1.10 of the TMI-II Recovery Technical Specifications. Also included in this report is the Radiation Safety Program Report as described in section 6.9.1.6 of the THI-II Recovery Technical Specifications.
