Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Toledo Edison Company Docket No. 50-346 Based on the inspection' conducted on April 8-11, 15-25, 29-30, May 1, 2, 5-9, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncom-pliance with NRC requirements as noted below. This item is a noncom-pliance of the deficiency level.
Technical Specification 3.3.3.8 requires the fire detection instrumenta-tion to be operable at all times, or to establish within one hour a fire watch patrol.
Contrary to the above on April 17, 1980, power was lost to the fire de-tection instrumentation at 1400 hours0.0162 days <br />0.389 hours <br />0.00231 weeks <br />5.327e-4 months <br /> and a fire watch patrol was not established until approximately 1700 hours0.0197 days <br />0.472 hours <br />0.00281 weeks <br />6.4685e-4 months <br />.
