Please refer to your letter FCTC: RHO, 71-0017 dated April 30, 1980, concerning the need for additional infcrmation concerning our QA Program for the use of the B:E-1 shipping package.
For our June 19, 1978 submittal, we assumed that we would satisfy the requirerants of 10CFR 7151 if we submitted a QA package specific to the use of BMI-l for shipment of spent fuel. 'Iherefore, we sub-mitted a specific program derived from our overall QVQC Program.
Enclosed are seven copies of our QA/QC Program which provides the 41 points of infortration which you requested. Fbr your convenience we have indicated in the rrargin of the submittal where the infor: ration is prese.nted. The nu:rbers in the margin are keyed to your questions.
