A paper entitled "Mapleton Intervenors Petition to the Board," dated June 30, 1980, has been submitted by "Wendell H. Marshall, President of Mapleton In-tervenors."
Neither Wendell H. Marshall nor the Mapleton Intervenors have been admitted to this proceeding. Consequently, the June 30, 1980 filing should not be considered by this Board at this time.
In any event, the motion to postpone Staff response to Consumers' motion is moot because that response has been postponed by Order of this Board dated June 27, 1980.
In the event Mr. Marshall or the Mapleton Intervenors are admitted to this proceeding, they will then have party status and can petition this Board for relief with respect to the mat +.-r involving termination of construction.
