Based on the informaticn provided, it is the Department's opinion tPat fire training activities can te conducted without causig an air pollution "prcblem. By this letter you are auth3rized to utilire the area designated in your aforenentiered letter and memo for fire training purposes during the designated time interval only.
'Ihis approval is granted subject to the special conditicns listed below:
1.
Training exercises shall be ccnduc'ad between tlm hours of 1:00 PM and 4:00 P!1.
2.
Only the fuel specified in your let*wr shall be utilired.
3.
No burning shall be conducted if unfavorable at::ospheric conditions prevail.
4.
2e Department shall be rotified of a.y change in your proposal.

'Ihe Department may Itquire the terminaticn of any training exercise, if in the opinion of the Department, said terminaticn is necessary to protect the air resources of the Ccmcnwealth.
