Attached for your review are two (2) reports which address These reports were

The formai submittal of this inf ormation on the LaSalle County dockets in an amendment to the Design Assessment Report will be supported by the necessary af fi davi ts.
This submittal is being made prior to completion of those affidavits in order to f acilitate your review.
