Operating License No. DPR-73 Docket No. 50-320 IE Bulletins In response to your letter of April 17, 1980, concerning IE Bulletin responses for TMI-II and subsequent to our letter of May 29, 1980, (TLL 247), we are sub-mitting our evaluation of and submittal schedule for all bulletins classified as "to be determined" in our previous letter. Attached is a list of the afore-mentioned bulletins. Attachments 2 and 3 are our responses to IE Bulletins 79-10 and 80-09, respectively.

ATTACHMENT 3 Response to IE Bulletin 80-09 HYDRAMOTOR ACTUATOR DEFICIENCIES By the Licensee's initiation, a review was conducted to determine whether or not any ITT General Controls' Hydramotor Actuators, Series AH-90 or NH-90, are being utilized in any safety-related system or component in this facility. By means of this review, it has been determined that the referenced actuators are not being utilized in the Unit-II facility, hence, no further action by the Licensee is appropriate or necessary in response to this bulletin.
