In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.109, Revision 11 of Certificate of Compliance No. 6581 was issued to extend the expiration date until July 31, 1980 pending completion of your
]
review of our consolidated license renewal application submitted on June 15, 1979. Although that review process is nearing com-j pletion, due to the lead time for acquiring IAEA Certificates and approvals for use of the package in Europe, it is requested that the Certificate again be extended for a period of three months (i.e., until October 31, 1980). Such an extension should be adequate to permit an orderly response to the recently raised questions.
