Manchester Memorial Hospital Docket No. 70-2651 Manchester, Connecticut 06040 License No. SNM-1751 Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on February 7,1980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with the conditions of your NRC license as indicated below:

Condition 15 of your license requires that you continue patient followup during the life of the patient.

Contrary to this requirement, as of February 7,1980, you failed to con-tinue followup on a patient in whom a pacemaker was implanted during July, 1977. Specifically, you did not receive reports or otherwise verify that a physician outside your hospital did the followup.

This iten is a deficiency.
