The following is our supplemental response to your request for additional information for IE Inspection Report Numbers 50-498/79-20 and 50-499/79-20.
Failure to Staintain an Unrestricted Vertical Drop of Concrete Recurrence Control The requirement for the use of baffle boards to ensure an unrestricted vertical drop of concrete has been incorporated into the Construction Procedure (CCP-4) . Retraining of the approp.riate Construction personnel in this Procedure will be performed.
Date Action to be Completed Procedure CCP-4 was revised on Starch 17, 1980, with retraining of the appropriate Construction personnel to occur by Slarch 19, 1980.
