At the request of E. Reeves, I am providing, as tabulated below, dates of licensee responses to our generic letter of September 27, 1980.
Peach Bottom 2/3 10/25/79 Hatch 1/2 11/15/79 2.
Please note that the referenced memo implies a requirement beyond the scope of our request, i.e., that all licensees should submit reports on their valve operability program. Such a report is required only for thase plants that desire to justify unlimited purging (see our letter of 11/29/78). Accordingly, this position does not apply to Peach Bottom and Hatch.
