The work specified in this task stateme't shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the mister statement of work for Basic Ordering Agreement tio. isRC-02-80-035, enti led " Licensing Technical Assistance.'"

This assessment shall include the following site specific information as well as relevant data collected from prior assessments as applicable.

This is an unpriced order. The monetary limitation established for this order is 550,000.00.

In accordance with Provisions III(E)(l') of the Basic Ordering Agreement, B.

The Contractor is hereby authorized to commence work on the contract subject to. the limitations contained in the Basic Ordering Agreement.

Article III PERIOD OF PERFORIMNCE_

The period of performance shall commence on the effective date of this order and shall end six (6) months thereafter..
