EXECUTIVE BRANCH RESPONSES ON PENDING EXPORT APPLICATIONS XSNM01431 AND XSNM01564 FOR TAIWAN Enclosed for your advance information are copies of the Executive Branch re-sponses on two pending export license applications which will require Commission review. Also enclosed are copies of the original applications.
Ilhile a Commission Action Paper will be forwarded soon for formal comments, I would appreciate it if your office could initiate its final review of these cases as soon as possible to facilitate an early response to the forthcoming action paper.
