Dear Mr. Trombetta:
This is in reply to your letter dated June 30, 1980, in which you appealed NRC's failure to provide a response to your initial Freedom of Information Act request dated June 12, 1980.
In view of the fact that on July 3,1980, NRC completed action on your initial request by providing you with documents subject to your request, no further action will be taken on your letter of June 30, 1980.
