" Motivations and Possible Actions of Potential Criminal Adversaries of

-U.S. Nuclear Programs," R-2554-SL, by Rand, are Department of Energy documents.

The' document " Personnel Security Survey," SECOM-D-135, was originated by the Central Intelligence Agency.

These documents are being referred to those agencies for disclosure determination and direct response to you.
