'3dditional Comments to Co.nissioners Concerning Reswption of '.! ark at Marble Hill" (docketed with the Commission on May 14, 1980) to the.NRC Staff for t roatment pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206 of the Cwnission's regulations.
This docu rent also incorporates by ref erence conment s doct etod on t'ny 7,1980.
The Stat f will be reviewing these two docum.nts to det er mine v.hether additional e, 'nu: mot r.oasures or other action is appropriate on the basis of the matters raised by the Save the Valley.
The documents raise issues in two basic catego-ries: (1) deficient construction practices and corrective actions at Marble Hill md (2) seis,aic f;atures of the liarble Hill site.
