On May 27, 1980, licensee, Consumers Power Company, filed a motion to consolidate issues relating to soil conditions and plant fill materials.
The NRC staff re-sponded to the motion on June 16, 1980 by requesting permission to postpone further response to licensee's motion until af ter intervention on the license modifica-tion proceeding has been determined so that all parties are given an opportunity to respond.
The board grants staff's request.
By a future order the board will provide for responses to licensee's motion for consolidation.
