SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - SAFETY-RELATED CABLE INSIDE CONTAINMENT NOT QUALIFIED - NCR SQN QEB 8002 - FLNAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector M. J. Gouge on March 25, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
An interim report was submitted on April 24, 1980.
