i Essed on information you previously provided, our current schedule indicates'that;the operating licensa for the Miduest Fuel Recovery
-Plant could be issued by March 15, 1974, provided that preopera-tional testing has been coupleted and the test infornation has been received and deternined acceptable by the Regulatory staff.
It vill take about ona conth for us to review the preoperational testing infornation before we can issue the license.
If you have deternined that you cannot neet the above date, con-

sidering the present status of the preoperational testing progran and the indicated tining for our review, please provide us with your best estimata of the date for submittal of.the test inforna-
' tion. We will establish our revicu schedule accordingly.
If you cannot nect this.estinated subuittal date, staff action on your' case vill follow previously scheduled uork and you will be-notified of tha new scheduled date.
