Dual Licensed Personnel (File: 0380.10.1 PR & 2-0380.10.1 PR)

Dear Mr. Collins:

We have been informed by your people that due to the dissimilarity between our units (ANO 1 & 2), that there will be no dual licenses issued except for those specifically designated persons requested by AP&L and approved by NPC.

At the present time, in view of our up-ccming cperator examinations, we hereby request that the following men be considered for dual licenses at Arkansas Nucleer One:

D. A. Terwilliger, Superintendent of Operations B. A. Baker, Asst. Superintendent of Cperations S. J. htWilliams, Planning & Scheduling Co-ordinator T. L. Bell, Shift Supervisor J. D. Vandergrift, Shift Supervisor The above named men will be involved in the day-to-day operatiens, traininy,.

on shift coordination during periods of testing, and shift relief during periods of vacation and illness for both units. 'Ihese nen will be required to maintain their licenses on both units as outlined in the ANO Pc-qualification Program.
