i Reference is made to your request for certification under Section 101 of the Federal Water Pollution 1 Control Act Amendments of 1972, PL 92-500, for the operation of Arkansas nuclear one - unit two; power generating plant, Russellville, Arkaiisas. Pursuant to Section 1101(a) of the Act, this will certify that to the best of our knowledge and belief, there is.not an applicable effluent limitation or other limitation under sections 301(b) nor an applicable standard under Sections 306 and 307 of said act. This certificate of compliance is for the sole purpose of satisfying the certification requirements of the aforementioned Federal Law in connection with your com-pany's application to the Atomic Energy Commission for licenses to operate Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit Two. -If we can be of further assistance, please advise.
