On December 17, 1974, we reported to Mr. Norman C. Moseley, Director, Directorate of Regulatory Operations, Region II, an environmental occurrence at Arkansas Nuc1 car One-Unit 1 involving fish impingement on the intake screens in excess of the Environmental Technical Speci-fications reporting requirements.
Attached is our report as required by Environmental Technical Speci-fication 5.6.2.
